Warning: erotica/fantasy book with heavy homoerotic undertones
This was a great sequel to “Screw an Angel, Love a Demon” that I found myself laughing and crying and sitting on the edge of my seat for. Kai and Luc were my favorite in this series. It explores Dorian - half mortal half demon - who has to navigate being Prince of the Underworld and juggle college life with his demon slayer boyfriend in the mortal world.
This has a lighter , funnier tone than it’s predecessor , and this story takes a lot of twists and turns and jumps between many timelines that intersect with the other stories in the author’s lineup. If you are familiar with the authors other books you’ll see the references to those books and how their universes are all connected.
I think this is a great book to enjoy, the best parts are in the first half when Kai, Layla, Ryder, and Dorian are first forming out their relationship, it then gets a bit slow paced in the last 1/3rd of the book but the ending was satisfying. Hope there’s more to come

There’s a crass joke about Pastors being pedophiles. It can rub you the wrong way if your religious or if you just don’t like serious topics used in a sarcastic/joke format
