The Dead Girls Club by Damien Angelica Walters

This was a tricky read for me. I found the story really interesting, I liked how it was split into two timelines cause the then-now storytelling really works for me. I really enjoyed the tension that was built. But I couldn't get into this book like I wanted to.
I think it was the writing and how dense and inconsistent it felt. It didn't entice me to read more. I wish I was able to lose myself completely in this story. Maybe I will in the future. But at this point in time, this didn't work for me.
