This book resonated with me on a really deep level. I felt so seen and understood, but it also gave me nee explanations for so much in my life. It was great to learn about myself like that as an Autistic trans dude. The exercises were pretty intense, but sometimes also very fun. The special interest week was dope for example. This book made me get more stim toys and adaptations to my new appartment. Little tweaks to be more myself. As that is what this book makes me want to be.
