Wow, this series has taken a turn. A dark & twisty turn that left me shocked, slightly horrified, and loving it. Cressida Cowell has written an amazing series that will make you smile, laugh, and now look at the book with shocked eyes.

This book was darker than the previous books. I enjoyed it immensely. The writing is good for a mid grade novel. This is a great series for 7-99+ year olds. Cressida Cowell has created a series that grows with you.

I will definitely be continuing on in the series.
