3-3.5 ⭐️ this was an interesting book. I’ve heard of it for a while and seen it on lists like ‘books about books for book lovers!!’ but it didn’t grip me as much as I thought it would (and the books are more metaphorical). It was kind of predictable and a bit slow/repetitive, but I do like Matt Haig’s writing and I think I preferred The Humans more, which also touches on some of the existential themes of what it means to be alive. I’ve been in a bit of a weird mood this week while reading this so maybe it’ll be a reread one day.

I did like this quote:
“We only need to feel one existence. We don't have to do everything in order to be everything, because we are already infinite.”
