I didn’t particularly enjoy Normal People while reading it but it was a memorable book and the more I reflect on it, the more I would like to go back to reread it at some point. I tend to agree with reviews that say the parts they didn’t like about the book made the book more realistic. I would say if you’re on the fence, just read it. You will probably find something about it you enjoy.
