I really love seeing different peoples take on what a post apocalyptic world would look like. There is some very small (gay) romance in the book (which I love) but the plot is driven by family relationships and the search for these kids mom. While I was reading this, I had the same feeling you get when you watch an action movie. There was a lot of suspense and my mind is buzzing. The art style is phenomenal. The only down side is that this is a part one and I don't see an announcement for part two.
