A new favorite from Walsh. This book will hereby be known as Max's book since I'm obsessed with him now.

Walsh is the queen of second chance romance and she is took this one a step further with a fantastic forced proximity storyline. I absolutely loved the impact these two being forced to sleep under the same roof had on the story.

I really loved how this book explored the topics of former relationships, grief, forgiveness, and different types of family. I actually especially loved that forgiveness wasn't simple, quick, or easy in this book. I love that both characters found the situation difficult because it made it more relatable and realistic.

I loved the romance too. I really loved the intense chemistry there was. I loved kisses too. But really I loved that the chemistry went deeper than physical attraction.

I highly recommend this book for anyone that loves second chances especially if they like glimpses into the previous relationship.

I received an advanced copy of this book through the author. This is my honest review.
