The Surviving Sky by Kritika H. Rao

5.0

This was, thrillingly, everything I hoped it would be. I couldn't remember a SINGLE detail about this book other than "main characters who are so Divorced" and it delivered on that completely and entirely, while also giving me a wild plot full of city politics and historical agendas. To me this book is like if Critical Role's EXU Calamity and Nausicaa the Ghibli movie kissed and had a child, and also the ending reminded me of a Robin McKinley book. I never know what's happening in the climax of a Robin McKinley book and it's a very nostalgic and delightful feeling to me!
