Yani Rüzgar Her Şeyi Alıp Götürmeyecek by Richard Brautigan

5.0

Richard Brautigan is an addiction. His short novels manage to both encompass and define imagination in the purest sense.
His created worlds are simultaneously familiar and oddly alien.
So the Wind Won't Blow it All Away encompasses many of Brautigan's characteristic tropes.
Reminiscence, reading, repetition of key sentences that, through repetition and new context, bring about a plethora of new meanings, death and our inability to share and/or even attempt to communicate our experiences in regards to death.
That being said, fish, hamburgers and 22. caliber bullets are the real stars of the show.
Sit and enjoy.
