Beautiful Broken Rules by Kimberly Lauren
4.0
I really, really, really loved this book and the more I think about it I love it even more.
First I'll say what made me not give it 5 stars.
It's a really short book, just a few pages so I thought it'd be really fast to read it but it just felt like it was never gonna end and I started to feel tired -- not tired of the story but tired of how long it was taking me to finish it. I hate feeling that, specially if I'm loving the story.
Now, some of the things I liked/loved...
The characters are the best part of this book. It's unreal how I liked and comprehended all of them, even the ones that wasn't important at all. Jax, Jace and Cole are amazing, I fell in love with all of them and they're all book boyfriends of mine. Emerson it's such a normal girl, really similar to most girls in real life, different than many books that we get that fragile and week character who needs the man and HE is the reason she gets better and stronger. Here she 'saves' herself and he's only there to be by her side and help her.
I love when I can feel that the couple really love each other and this happened here. Even though you notice their attraction in the first second they meet eyes, it's easy to see how their love was slowly growing stronger. My OTP of the year, for now hahahah.
