Great story (always been the fan of the movie, but never read the original graphic novel).

While the art would probably turn some people away and is confusing at times, I feel it is more about the time period for indie comics than anything. It’s the creator telling the story they need to tell and it’s very personal. I think that’s what makes it so affective.
