The Mind of the Maker by Dorothy L. Sayers
4.0
Described partially as a systematic theology from the point of view of a creative/artist, this book is extremely deep and really good!
I read this book with a friend of mine (shoutout Lukas) and I would highly recommend reading with someone to discuss it with. It’s such a deep book that each concept is easy to partially miss if you’re not very methodical in reading.
4 stars because although this book had moments of explaining God our ourselves that I’d never understood so well before, Dorothy also spends too much time on certain analogies that often go over the readers head.
Would absolutely recommend this to any Christian that is an artist or just thinks creatively
