Notes on a Nervous Planet by Matt Haig
5.0
Notes on a Nervous Planet is probably the best non-fiction book I have ever read. As a person with severe anxiety I had high expectations and this book passed with flying colours!
Matt has such useful tips and tricks and great insight into our lives and manya times it feels like he squeezed my heart and the words poured out onto the pages- it is THAT accurate.
I'm just completely in love with this book because not only does the author seem to get anxiety and depression and explain them accurately but also provide ways to cope up, backed up by statistics. This book made my heart flutter with gratitude that somebody out there can see and understand me and I am ever so thankful for its existence. I also burst upon it with a highlight er and let's just say none of my books have ever been so colourful on the inside. This book can be of a huge help for people suffering from anxiety, depression and OCD and even help others understand the process.
I'll recommend this one till my dying breath ❤️❤️❤️
