I low-key forgot what happened at the beginning of the volume as I've been binge reading these books, but I LOVED THE ENDING SO MUCH. Maomao is so smart and brave and I'm so proud of her aaaa!! 
And Jinshi and Maomao are such a sweet combination hehe
