Marie Curie by Maria Isabel Sánchez Vegara
1.0
One more bad book in the series. We spend like 4 pages talking about how she fell in love with her husband, but there for some reason were no words about her contribution to inventing x-ray, it is just shown there as a picture. Also, "her home country" could have been made more specific, since actually not many people know where she is from. There was also a pretty interesting choice to just not mention her full name. This is one of the early books in the series, so I hope that this was at the time, when they couldn't quite figure out the balance between informing children, while telling them something useful and not making it incredibly boring.
