I randomly picked up this book at the library after reading the back cover. I was very surprised at how immediately I became obsessed with finding out what was going to happen next. I wish I would have read the the first novel in the series (I didn't realize this was a sequel) but it is not necessary to read it to understand the story. The ending really kept me guessing and I love that everything wasn't 100% predictable.
