I've never read a book that made me cry as much as this one did. Everything in it felt so raw and painfully real. The stories of Cael and Savanna hit me hard and made me reflect on the struggles that people face every day around us. Almost every page brought me to tears. The way this book was written is simply outstanding. The depth of pain within it's pages brought me down so many times. This is the first book that made me stop reading repeatedly- literally needing to pause and come back the next day because I couldn't stop sobbing.
I loved every aspect of this book. Once you read it, there's no going back. I don't think I'll ever fully come to terms with the impact this book had on me.
