OK so obviously this is a CLINICIAN'S guide. LOL I bought this as someone exploring the possibility that I may be living with lipedema (previously undiagnosed). I followed about 2/3 of this, but plan to bring this to my PCP for them to review and keep on hand.

There's good evidence to suggest lipedema is connected to MAST cell issues, and higher levels of inflammation throughout the body. Looking forward to continuing to learn more and figure out the best plan for supporting my mind, body, and general wellness from now until death.
