“The Guncle” is as heartwarming and funny as everyone says, but it also gets a little monotonous. The ending and the beginning were really fun and entertaining, but the middle of the book dragged for me. I listened to this on audio, and as much as I enjoy an author narration the voice for Grant drove me a bit crazy. These two factors bumped my rating down half a star.
