I had a hard time really getting into this book but I tend to find Sanderson’s writing to be hit or miss with me. The premise was interesting but there were definitely some elements that weren’t executed well in my opinion.

I did enjoy the art. The guide within really gave me Good Omens vibes which I liked a lot. It was funny and provided the exposition to explain one of the main elements without detracting from the main story.
