I don't know how to possibly put into words how much I loved this book. I loved all three in the series, really, but something about Cal and Lana did me in. Cal's journey of growth and vulnerability, for one, completely did me in, I was rooting for him the entire way honestly. Lana was also such a strong heroine. I really enjoyed her perspective as well and how she fought her battles. Their love story was magnificent, it was second chance meets childhood friends to lovers to enemies to lovers again and it was done so brilliantly. I was super emotional when Cal was trying to prove his worth to everyone as well as during all his sweet moments with Cami. I already want to go back and read this one because it made me feel so many things. I can't wait to read more from Lauren and this book and series overall was so top tier.
