Great volume, we see more of the central conflicts, new characters come in, we learn more details about the core mysteries of the series
Moderate: Body horror, Bullying, Death, Gore, Gun violence, Misogyny, Sexism, Violence, Blood, Grief, Death of parent, Fire/Fire injury, Gaslighting, Toxic friendship, and Classism
There’s a chapter that makes light of “sexy firefighter calendars” and there’s also sexualization of nun characters that drench themselves in water during some rituals. A character appears too that actively seeks out dangerous situations and essentially robs people. There’s material throughout the series that riffs on the controversies of the Catholic Church and other religious organizations alleged to have committed abuses of various sorts.
