This book had me screaming. Sometimes it was for good things and other times, I wanted to punch a certain character in the throat (several times, repeatedly). The world had expanded immensely in this installment and I thought it was so well done. I loved seeing different parts of the kingdom. And I think there was a ton of character growth as well. Abriella's growth was my favorite and I was so happy for her by the end of the book. I also adore Finn! He was one of my favorite characters in book one and I loved him even more here. The mix of fantasy and romance was spectacular (OMG I was SWOONING). Found family was also very present in this book and I'm a big fan. Overall this was a fantastic duology, and after loving Lexi Ryan's romance books, I'm glad I loved this one too.
