The first chapter was boring and the beginning of the second chapter made me realize I was not interested in continuing. I've read slowburn books (fantasy, romance, thriller, etc.) that may start slow, but the first few chapters actually made me interested in continuing reading that book. The start was just so boring. I have zero interest in picking it up. I don't want to spend time reading a book that starts off this boring.
