Oh my goodness, that ending was breathtaking. But the journey is more tiring than it was supposed to be, and the emotions were less tangible than the first two books. Nevertheless, I admired Hosseini for being brave in creating a work that is technically different than the first two.
In here, you see a familiar love between siblings, and elaborated in a series of short stories made by multiple narratives. As you read the chapters, you are somewhat on an easter-egg hunt, and being engaged in one tends to deviate yourself to actually feeling the prose.
