A fun read but also emotional, tense, and at times really chilling. Couldn't put it down. I really felt for the protagonist in the flashback ("inspiration") chapters. I appreciate the inclusion of the ace character. A well illustrated commentary on the industry's capitalism especially in regards to queer topics.
