Kingdom of Ash is the epic conclusion to the Throne of Glass series which left me feeling emotionally battered! I read this series after reading ACOTAR & Crescent City, and was drawn into another fantastic world built by Sarah J Mass. I may even go as far to say that Aelin is now my favourite female Sarah has written.
This whole series is fantastic and full of so much, trials, relationships, found family, secret identity, secret royal family, assassins, wards, magic systems, fae, wyvern, magical creatures, taverns, history, epic battles, so much lore and just so much more.
I adored the characters in this series, even if there were times that I did forget some of the less impactful side characters brought over from previous books, which is inevitable in such a long and complicated series.
I love the story lines in each book and how they all tied together in places. This is a true epic fantasy series.
It’s very hard to talk about this whole series without spoiling it so I highly recommend anyone read this!
