Somebody's Wife by Robbi Renee

5.0

I was a bit apprehensive about reading this initially given the title. It came highly recommended so I forged ahead and am so glad I did. The story unfolds in an unexpected yet beautiful way. So much emotion is invoked and down right palpable from the first exchange between Jemma and Ezekiel. It’s is exquisitely interwoven throughout the remainder of the story. The progression of things left you anticipating what was next with the occasional reminder that this was somebody’s wife. You’re taken on the journey of Jemma and Ezekiel navigating their feelings for one another that leaves you gratified in the end yet yearning more of their story. After all, she’s no longer somebody’s wife.
