Calling Dr. Laura by Nicole J. Georges
5.0
I loved this graphic memoir from Nicole J. Georges, about how her life changes in her early twenties as she begins a new and challenging lesbian relationships and a psychic tells her her father isn't really dead. I raced through the book. It was funny, sad, inspiring and most of all just felt so authentic, both in the depiction of the Portland alternative scene and in Nicole's storytelling.
