OMG I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE COVER!!!!! It’s so pretty and gorgeous! Like y’all will not believe the excitement I felt deep in my bones when I saw a pastel pink cover. #pastalpinkisthebestcolor

Most vampire romances are the same thing, but S.L. Cokeley did an incredible job of making the world complex and interesting. There are so many layers I am ready to uncover throughout this series.

The book was really fun and goofy, but also serious and suspenseful at the same time. It’s really amazing how the author was able to combine those things together to make an enjoyable book. I will say the added goof and fluff did drag the book out and make it seem longer than it actually is, but I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I loved the main characters and how reverse grumpy x sunshine-y they were. The MMC is such a golden retriever. At first I wasn’t going to read the second book, but the epilogue chapter has me intrigued. I think my favorite character has to be either Aaron or Zach.

Y’all should really pick up this book and give it a try. It has topped all vampire romances for me.
