On this episode of ‘What’s Going On With That Cover?’

We can all see the monstrous mushroom posing as a cock and balls here, but what I’m most curious about is the subtitle ‘inspired by true events’… WHAT EVENTS?! Was it a fevered dream after consuming some of those questionable mushrooms?
