This challenge was originally started by @Andrew65 on Litsy/LibraryThing.  I'm entering it here to help me keep track as it is a long-term challenge for me.  The goal?  Read a book that is at least partially set in all the counties/states/provinces in the countries traditionally "separated by a pond" - i.e., the US, Canada, England, Scotland, Ireland, & Wales.  One prompt per book, but the entire book does not have to be set in the location you choose to use.  Please note: I copied over the counties/provinces from Wikipedia. I may have gotten them wrong, but hopefully I have them all down here correctly!!
