Excellent. When I first grabbed this out of my classroom it was solely to see if it was something I could recommend to my students. It looked cute and fun and the vocabulary seems ok for my readers. I started reading the book and immediately knew it was going to be great. One word. OWEN. Love that guy. Without spoilers I’m very happy with how the writer pulled off the time traveling type of thing. How she really wrote a strong female presence into the book. And gave real heart to each and every member of the family I think personally this book will warm any persons heart and feel relatable. I also really enjoyed the strong theme of love and self love in the book.

I wasn't sure about how this book was going to turn out, but I know [a:Jessica Brody|1164465|Jessica Brody|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1201278268p2/1164465.jpg] is a wonderful author so I was excited to try it. Well, I loved it!
Junior Ellie Sparks is so relatable, and so is her sister. I feel like many authors in trying to create a good plot lose so much of that relatability as soon as something exciting happens to the protagonist. This book had none of that. Sure, none of us are ever going to get a chance to repeat a day (probably), but I still understood Ellie so much and felt for her, even if I couldn't relate to exactly what she was going through.
Ellie wakes up to the worst Monday of her life. Everything possible goes wrong (and I mean everything). At the end of the day, all she wants is a do-over.
And that's what she gets. I love that when she wakes up on Tuesday (erm, Monday) it takes her a while to figure out what's happening. Since we all knew that's what would happen, I was not surprised, but Ellie sure was, which made the story so much more real.
I love the cover of the book because it shows so much what the book is about. Ellie's reactions to each Monday, as they differ so much from day to day, are incredible and so well written. Even more than that, I love the character development, not just Ellie's, but also the other characters, even though technically they are living the same day over and over, not changing their fate.
I couldn't help picking up this book every chance I got. I love the message, and the writing and characters were so good! Loved it!

Yeah just your regular Monday.
Ellison Sparks has a super busy, super bad Monday. Naturally she does what everyone does - wishes for a do-over. But unnaturally she gets it too. But no matter what she does, things never out right the way they are supposed to and now she is stuck to living her worst Monday in the history of Mondays over and over again.

A Week Of Mondays by Jessica Brody is a super adorable contemporary book that feels like it took me all of ten seconds to read. Read my full review here

Very fun and hilarious read. Ellie is crazy. I felt bad for Owen though. He was so deep in the friend zone that he needed a diving bell. It’s also pretty bad that the main character was so oblivious to it that I cringed as I was reading it.
It was great.
Read for a book scavenger hunt as a book with a day of the week in the title. Glad I did.

I admit at first I wasn’t sure if this book would work. After reading the same day twice I was scared the book would run out of steam by the time I got to the 4th Monday. Instead I was pleasantly surprised. The days didn’t get boring and monotonous, they got more and more interesting. They became a way for Ellison to find out who she really was and see how capable she was to do things. That is what I really liked about Mondays. With Ellison not having any consequences she was able to really see who she was and what she wanted out of life. Instead of the book being boring I ended up really want to know what would happen and excited for there to be a new day for things to get messy. Plus Ellie’s BFF? Oh how I hearted him! In the end A Week of the Mondays was a fun read that kept me entertained and one I think you will enjoy too.

A less extreme version of Before I Fall but overall, a fun read! I liked the focus on finding yourself and being yourself.
