I. Did. Not. Expected. That!
I am shaken. What a cliffhanger. What a ride!

Elena Lawson did it again. In each book, I am getting more in love with these characters.

In this book, we learn more about these loveably bad characters. My poor baby Grey. Dark Prince Rook and mostly Corvus. We learn his history in this book. We see Diesel's relationship with her sons and Ava Jade. Their gangly relationship adds a strange family sense to the book. I love reading those scenes. He began to see how broken Ava Jade was, just like his sons. This makes me see how fiercely their loyalties are and make me like Diesel. That was a hard thing to do especially after the Trial scene but Elena did it. She made me like Diesel :)

Ava Jade is so broken but she fits perfectly with them

We see Corvus's several sides in this book, the sad, the bad, and in the end..it made me mad! (this is the world's saddest poem, you're welcome :) ). They are so broken but when they are together there is an understanding. Grey likes to give her emotional support, Corvus lets her express herself. But Rook, we saw first and second book how deep his observing skills are but in this book. They are exceptional. It adds more depth to the character. But Grey...I am a little mad about it. I also don't want to spoil anything. I just hope we don't lose his innocent love.

After reading the bonus scene from the second book. I was so curious about Unknown. I was so excited. But, I just did not see coming. I was so occupied with other questions about the storyline. I did not see that coming! I was hoping...something else.

If you haven't read the first two books. You should, it is a great read. The Interesting characters and suspense are real!

Audio Book Review
5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Omg what just happened? This is the third book in the Boys of Briar Hall series. This book picks up right where book two left off. AJ and her Crows are trying to figure out who the stalker is. As time goes on the stalker is stirring things up for sure. Just when I thought they all might make it out of the full on blood bath alive the book ends! I was not ready that ending and major plot twist. I need the next book ASAP! Bridget and Jake Bordeaux did a fantastic job narrating this book.
