I really enjoyed this title. Eating by the light of the moon blends fables with psychology to really examine what’s behind our eating habits.

This was interesting to me. There were parts that really resonated, but not necessarily for food. However, there were other moments that resonated with the topic at hand. It was interesting.

Amazing and eye opening. I read this with a friend and we were blown away by the things we discovered about ourselves and our relationship with food. I would recommend this to anyone who struggles with food whether it be obsessive dieting, purging, or eating. The tales that accompany the information make it feel like a fun read. The lessons in this book will stay with me, and I am so thankful for that. 5/5
