Amanda is my new favorite heroin. THe love she feels for Kyrian is just so touching. This book made me laugh, cringe, fan myself, but most of all it made me feel good about LOVE. I loved it highly recommend it.

This book gave so much to me. I originally read the Chronicles of Nick, not aware of the Dark Hunterverse. I loved Ash, Nick, and of course Kyrian. I was reading this book, and as soon as Nick entered, it dawned on me. These were the characters that already had a special place in my heart. I fell in love with Kyrian all over again. My heart is so happy. Thank you, Sherrilyn Kenyon.

I loved this story! The action was great, the tortured hero was great. I super curious about the rest of the series. Surely they won't all end as these 2 characters ended....

Breathtaking, overwhelming and such a page turner. Loved Kyrian and his evolution throughout the book.

I have read three or four books from this series now and I my advice to everyone is read them out of order. Each character is a fully developed 'person' and while this book was The First it is not them best and is much more fun to read after getting to know the gods and Acheron better.
