This was a cute story, but not what I expected going into it. The romance is a quarternary plot after Ben trying to pass the cooking challenges, the conflicts with his friends and the conflicts with his parents. The story also became very tedious at parts, including the descriptions of the cooking challenges and the yoga class. Some of the bits, such as everything to do with Watson, also felt a little bit over-the-top.

With this being said, the art was gorgeous and the characters were interesting.
