A lovely volume of Komi's ongoing story, especially love the kindness she tries to show Rei near the end. So sweet!

Another exam season has passed and another summer vacation has arrived and we see Komi accomplish things she wants to do such as going to the beach with friends, grow tomatoes and do radio exercises. We also get a sidestory about her strict-but-shy teacher and one about her parents as teenagers. A (100%/Outstanding)

This volume was lots of fun, following the character on a beach trip and Rei comes to stay, introducing a new dynamic.

This volume wasn't spent proactively making new friends, just spending some time with her current friend group. The little game they played all the way to the beach was fun to see. I ship Naruse and Ase.. they seem very cute together..

TadanoXKom is a slow struggle. Manbagi is cute but she isn't the perfect match for Tadano. It's gonna hurt like ripping off wax... Cause Komi and her are very close and having those feeling grow will only hurt them both and heart isn't ready. Seems like the same goes for the author since we have a new little arc coming up.

Rei is new character introduced towards the end of the volume!

This volume sees our characters going through studying for exams again and then enjoying the time off in the summer. We see some great classic summer moments like going to the beach and the second half delves into a young girl coming to stay with the Komi family and how Shoko tries to connect with her. This volume showcases one of my favorite aspects of the series, seeing how Komi works to connect with different people.

Not the most fun volume for me. Felt like a lot of filler. I'm wanting very specific things from Komi volumes now
