This book looks closely and carefully at the history of women in Lesotho: legal documents, newspaper stories, oral history, and every scrap of information blown on the wind. As a white American woman whose life has been intertwined with the lives of women in Lesotho since 1992, I salute this work by a white Canadian man who did his homework and then some.
