This second book was less compelling. In a series there is bound to be some books that are clearly filler and meant to move the plot along. But the cliff hanger made me eager for the third book!

3.5-4 - Very cute upper elementary to middle grade series. Good for fans of Rick Riordan’s Kane Chronicles - or an intro to them for younger kids.
