Nick ist ein absoluter Chaot und soll nun mit seinen Freunden am Jahrbuch mitarbeiten aber es wäre nicht Nick, wenn das nicht zu Problemen führen würde. Francis, sein bester Freund muss losziehen und ihm die Schulkamera ausleihen, (er würde sie von den Lehrer nie bekommen) um Schnappschüsse zu machen. Als Nick sie jedoch aus seinem Spind holen will, ist sie verschwunden..... Die beiden streiten und damit nimmt die Aufregung ihren Lauf. Eine lustige kleine Geschichte, die durch die Comicpassagen sehr leicht zu lesen ist. Für Jungs sicher ein Highlight.

Definitely not the funniest Big Nate book. The jokes were a little forced and unoriginal. However, like the previous Big Nate books, the story was cute, relatable, and very age appropriate.

Nate is back in school and it's yearbook time. Last year Nick Blonsky (sp?) messed up the yearbook but good. So Nate joins the club. But when he finds out that Gina had declared herself editor, Nate decides to nominate Francis as co-editor. Then he takes it upon himself to become the yearbook photographer. Of course, he can't be trusted with the school's camera so Francis checks it out and gives it to Nate. It survives a toss from Randy but then it disappears from Nate's locker and Francis takes the blame. But their friendship is strained almost to the breaking point. The only thing Nate can do to save it is figure out who stole
