This book is a true inspiration to be grateful for what one has. A delicate versatile story about dreams and life itself. I listened to the German audiobook read by Annette Frier last year and found it even more intriguing than reading the book.

A beautifully written book about finding oneself in times of darkness. It opens your eyes to the unending possibilities of life.

This book was interesting, I found the beginning really sad, but I loved how it set the scene for the rest of the book. The idea of the Midnight Library is kind fun and scary at the same time…left me wondering what other lives I could be living! 😆
An enjoyable read overall.

What is I told you you had an infinite number of alternative lives out there and they were all a page turn away. You could try them out and step back out any time you decide it isn’t the perfect life. Would you grab the book? Would you explore all of the possibilities?
I really enjoyed this book, it had me thinking about my life and where I would have made changes, what I think the other me’s are up to.

I originally rated this book 4 stars but after about two weeks I have updated my rating to 5 stars. I can’t tell you the name of the main character but I CAN tell you the overall message of the book - and that alone deserves a 5 star rating. I’ve been able to reference this book twice in the last two days to help others with major life decisions and just the overall theory of regrets. Very powerful!

Wow! When this one was going around bookstagram upon its release, I was afraid to buy in to the hype. Well, that hype was well deserved. Beginning with a mysterious vibe about death, this novel immediately pulls you in and develops an interesting perspective on living. This gave me some similar vibes/themes to TJ Klune's Under the Whispering Door with its own ending that is spectacular. With most of this 290 page novel happening within the span of a second ;) there's little room to slow down the pacing. I could see this becoming a great movie some day, although I'm fine with just the novel for now.
