I literally cried of happiness when I finished this book. It's exactly what I needed in my life right now, and at least for a couple of days I don't feel as lost as I did before I read it. If you feel like your life is filled with missed chances, read this.

+ this book is short and fast-paced, which means it's subject matter is presented in a way that's accessible to a large audience
+ it deals with mental health problems (depression, anxiety)
+ it shows that sometimes a change of mindset is all you need and you can always change your behaviour in order to improve your life.
+ it does so using multiversa, which is a very interesting concept to me.
+ there's an important gay character in here.

- the overall message of this book reeks of toxic optimism. I don't know if I like that, and it was super predictable
(halfway through the book I was like: ok so you don't like any of these new lives, how about you go back to your old life and change some things).

- you don't really get to know the main character that well, both because this book is so short and because she lives so many lives in that small amount of pages.
- the parallel universes thing was more a metaphor than an actual thing happening. That isn't necessarily a bad thing, but the ending of this book made me feel kinda iffy about it.

I was good, it got me out of a reading slump.
