This is an incredible book, especially if you listen to it read by Carrie Mulligan. It starts very dark, be forewarned, but it is so fascinating, well-executed, beautifully written, uplifting, inspiring, and eye-opening. I will be reading (or listening) to this one many times.

This would be a great book for someone to get back into reading or out of slump. Very easy/quick read, with simple language. I like the meaning/message that is being communicated to the reader throughout the story. I could see this book having a great movie adaptation someday.

The concept was nice.
But with very opportunity taken to throw a self help mental health quote your way it got annoying after a bit.
