I have quite a bit to say about this cute little kids picture because I think it is such an important tool in childhood development. When I was a little girl I idolized police officers. I think most kids do. I thought their job was so cool, although I didn't understand exactly what they did. My knowledge was simply that if I was in trouble the would come rescue me. Which isn't a lie, it just is a small part of the great job police officers do.

This adorable children's book follows a police officer named Seth. He has a long day of work and we get to follow a long. The illustrations are great and there is a great deal of text on each page. The pages will bring insight of what police officers do. Of course the parts that are appropriate for children.

As a reviewer that reads a great deal of children's lit, this is a book I highly recommend. It is gender neutral and tells an important story. I received this book for free in exchange from the publisher for my honest and completely unbiased review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
