Hmm I want to give this a 3.75…. I enjoyed the story, but really didn’t love how Nathan was just so oblivious to Julie. But i loved Julie’s behaviour because she reminds me of myself.

I enjoyed this book. It was in a way a breath of fresh air with this mildness of kink compared to book two of the series. I like how Maya Banks portrayed Nathan and how he could be so rough and hard but yet so soft at the same time along with having a shyness to him when it comes to his massive crush on Julie. I could feel the tension between Julie and Nathan throughout the book as if I was right there in the book with them. I loved Julie, she is such a strong, determined, generous as well funny and cool.

I enjoyed Nathan and Julie's story. I really, really enjoyed their night at The House. It was neat how their story was kind of the opposite of the other couples - Julie being more dominating and Nathan being more submissive. I'm seriously looking forward to Micah's book.

Nathan is a sweetie and I enjoyed his and Julies banter and the back and forth. However, felt the ending was rushed a bit. Cant wait for book about Micah!
