Convoluted, full of satirical references and layers of humor aimed at religion and politics, this is a light and entertaining fantasy. I found it difficult to get into, despite that, though I couldn't really explain why.

If you like dragons, magic, intrigue, and surprising romances, along with your humor - you'll like this book. Unexpected, with a satisfying ending.
