Since this was the iBook freebie of the week, I did not feel compelled to finish it.
I'm sure, by looking at how high of a review it got, that many people raved about this book... I am not one of them.
I found the entire premise greatly lacking in realism and akin Twilight without the paranormal aspect if it.
The book had the making of being a great story, unfortunately it ended up making me not want to turn another page.

This book is fantastic. And yes does it has its flaws, absolutely but it is one that I can always get myself sucked into.
First of all I originally read this on wattpad before it was published. It had a few more scenes throughout the book that honestly were hilarious and great additions, I’m a little sad they didn’t make the final cut.
Overall the book is one that you can get lost in if you are a bit of a hopeless romantic. I would highly suggest it if you are looking to read something to take your mind off the world for a few hours.

I love this story... if you love great writing and an epic love story of falling in love and overcoming fears/demons, this is for you. if I could find my own real life Ashton Taylor, I would be the happiest person on earth. I don't know how else to describe my love for this story.

I originally read this book in 2012 on Wattpad right before it got published and I was obsessed. I wanted so badly to find a man like Ashton.
On the re-read of this book it gave me so much nostalgia and reminded me why I love romance books so much. Especially some with a little bit of darkness in it. I think if you’re into YA books it’s a good read, but I think I’m graduating out of that specific genre which is why I only gave it 3 stars. But it’s a good book and great series overall.

Beautiful Book!
I was captivated by it since I first read it on Wattpad and though there were several crucial changes, I still fell in love witb Annaton all over again. Hurray to Kirsty for such amazing work.

To me this book was like a cross between Wide Awake (fan fiction) and The First Daughter (movie with Katie Holmes). This is a good thing. I loved it. It was funny yet very intense. My heart broke with Anna's throughout the story. The heat between these two was blazing.
