i am soooooooooooo bored and could not care less about any of these characters. i know it’s supposed to get cult-y but i can’t risk the book slump. also the CWs are insane. i don’t think this is worth my time.

I went into this book not really knowing anything about it, and the premise of a twin having to help the other with amnesia intrigued me right away. The story is told in through both twin POVs and alternating timelines, which was confusing at times, but helpful in the end. I enjoyed how the cult drama brought extra creepiness, and was thrilled with the twists that I did not see coming.

Kat and Jude are mirror twins and after a terrible accident Kat wakes up from a coma but the only thing she remembers is Jude.
Kat relies on Jude to fill in the blanks about who she was before and what happened during the accident. At the same time, Jude sees an opportunity to give Kat a new history, a better history.
As the months go by Kat starts to wonder if what Jude is telling her is the truth. Where You End is a tale full of twists and turns and it's exactly what I look for in a thriller.
The pacing was spot on and there was just enough drama between the sisters to keep my invested, but not too much. I'm not saying it's perfect, but I am saying it checks all of MY boxes for a good thriller/mystery.

We start this book at the scene of a horrific car accident. Kat is talking herself through all of the emotions her twin - her mirror-twin - Jude must be feeling, starting with anger. After sometime in a coma, Kat wakes up with amnesia. The only thing she remembers is her twin. Jude must spend the coming months helping Kat remember who she is. Through memories, pictures, and tchotchkes, Jude carefully reconstructs Kat’s history. What Kat is unaware of, is that Jude has been massaging the truth. As Kat is on this journey of self rediscovery, she finds love, danger, and the truth. Kahler wrote this story in such a way that despite the slow burn of it all, it is incredibly suspenseful. We learn about Kat and Jude’s elaborate history (including being involved in a cult-type organization). Full of drama with lying, long lost family members, violence, and murder Where You End is a must read.

Too dark and creepy for me. I think if it were just the twin/murder/memory issues or just cult issues maybe I could have enjoyed it more.

I got this book as an ARC for my honest review. I wanted to LOVE this book so bad. It was just ok for me. The cover is great and catches your eye. The storyline itself was good. It started strong then dragged out and then of course ended with twists and turns. I think for me I could have used more of “The Plan” to have a better view on everything. All in all I liked the book but felt it just needed a bit more.
